By making a booking, you confirm that you are happy to accept these terms of use.

Booking Policies

Rates shown on the website are in NZ dollars.
We require credit card details (Mastercard or Visa) to confirm your reservation. A deposit equal to the first night's accommodation is taken at the time of confirmation. No other charges will be made to your card until your arrival.
If you would like to pay by online banking, please contact us to confirm your selected dates and to make your booking. We will send you our bank details by return email. When paying by this method we require a deposit at time of booking and the balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to your booking date. You must have access to a New Zealand bank account to pay by online banking.

Check-in and Check-out

Check in is after 2:00pm and check out is by 11am. Earlier or later checkouts may be possible by arrangement.
As we may not be in attendance when you arrive we need an estimated arrival time so we can make arrangements for the key.

Cancellation

For cancellations up to 14 days before the check-in date, the deposit will be refunded. Within 14 days of the booking date, the deposit is non refundable.
Early departure during a booking will not be eligible for refunds.
For longer stay bookings the cancellation policy may be amended to reflect the length of booking. Any changes to the above cancellation fees will be put in writing at time of booking acceptance and must be agreed to by guest before the booking is confirmed.

General

The number of guests staying at the property must not be more than the number agreed to when booking.
Large gatherings and parties are not permitted on the premises.
No smoking inside. Smoking inside the accommodation may incur additional cleaning charges.

Care of the Accommodation

Guests are responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents. The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the stay period. Please let us know as soon as possible of any damages to the accommodation or its contents during your stay. We reserve the right to charge the credit card we have on file for your booking, or send an invoice to the registered booking address, for the payment of any liabilities associated with your stay.


Privacy

We respect your privacy and we do not share your personal information other than is necessary to process your booking. For online bookings we use a secure third party reservation and your credit card details are at no stage transmitted insecurely. We do not store your details on our system.

Amendment of Terms

We may revise these terms of use at any time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
